Classification introduction of safety flat net, safety vertical net and flame retardant safety net

1、 Safety flat network:

The installation plane is not perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The safety net used to prevent people and objects from falling, or to avoid and reduce falling and object impact injury is referred to as the flat net for short. The installation plane is not perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the building safety net is mainly used to catch falling people and objects, which is called flat net.

1. The flat net shall be able to withstand the impact of a simulated humanoid sand bag with a weight of 100kg and a bottom area of 2800cm2. After the impact, the net rope, side rope and tether shall not be broken, and the impact height shall be 10m, and the maximum elongation shall not exceed 1.5m Before reusing the old network, according to the provisions of gb5725-2009, a comprehensive inspection shall be carried out and a certificate of permission for use shall be issued before it can be used.

2. Appearance inspection of mesh:

(1) the side length of mesh shall not be greater than 10cm, and the diameter of side rope, tie rope and reinforcement rope shall not be less than twice that of mesh rope, and shall be greater than 7mm

(2) the reinforcement rope must be set vertically and horizontally, and the spacing between two adjacent reinforcement ropes is between 30 and 100cm. All ropes on the network must form nodes firmly, and the reinforcement rope shall extend 1.2m out of the side rope to facilitate the splicing and binding between nets or between nets and formwork rods. (or additional tether binding).

(3) the old net shall be free from damage or other defects affecting the use quality.

3. Network selection:

(1) select the type of net according to the purpose of use, and select the width of the net according to the load height. The vertical net can not be used instead of the horizontal net, but the horizontal net can be used instead of the vertical net.

(2) when the net width is 3M, the extension width after hanging is about 2.5m; when the net width is 4m, the extension width after hanging is about 3M

3、 Classification mark

The classification mark of horizontal (vertical) network consists of product materials, product classification and product specifications and dimensions:

——For product classification, the letter P represents flat screen and the letter L represents vertical screen;

——Product specifications and dimensions are based on width × Length is expressed in meters;

——The words "flame retardant" shall be marked after the classification mark of flame retardant mesh.

Example 1: the flat screen with width of 3M and length of 6m and material of nylon is expressed as nylon P-3 × 6;

Example 2: the flame retardant vertical net with width of 1.5m, length of 6m and material of vinylon is expressed as vinylon l-1.5 × 6 flame retardant.
